Paul Hennessy
has been working in IT since 1988, formerly in business software development and, for the last 20+ years, in matching best-in-class business solutions to the needs of organisations across a broad range of disciplines including finance, distribution and manufacturing.  Currently he is the Dynamics Lead for Microsoft Ireland and his role includes the management of the Microsoft Dynamics Partner community. 
Ingmar Boon
is the Partner Technology Strategist for Dynamics NAV in Western Europe.  He works together with Microsoft Dynamics partners and Microsoft subsidiaries helping them transitioning to cloud solutions.  Before joining Microsoft, Ingmar was Channel Manager for PTC (CAD & PLM Software for manufacturing companies) in Belgium, Netherlands & Luxembourg. 
Farrah Higgins is a Solution Specialist for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and has worked in the IT sector for the past 10 years.  Farrah has worked as a highly successful analyst and consultant deploying both CRM & xRM solutions within healthcare, retail, government, financial and professional services.  Farrah is currently working for Microsoft supporting partners to deliver Dynamics CRM solutions that can enable organisations extend their customer reach and help them better match, engage and nurture their customer relationships.

Terry McAdam is a Consulting Partner with Baker Tilly Ryan Glennon and is responsible for the delivery of a  range of consulting services aimed at assisting private and public sector organisations to maximise the benefits derived from their investment in information and communications technology and related process improvement.  He has over a decade of experience in aiding growing organisations to introduce efficiency and effectiveness to their activities via appropriate expenditure on application and process enhancement. 

Colin Thompson is Head of Business and Processes at Bilfinger Ireland Group which is made up of Bilfinger HSG Facilities Management Ireland Ltd, Bilfinger Real Estate Ltd & Bilfinger PPP Facility Management UK Ltd.  Colin has an MBA and has been implementing systems and Change Management processes throughout his career across a number of market sectors.  Colin has introduced global ERP systems as well as computer aided facility management packages for the straight forward FM business, to advanced and onerous PPP / PFI 20 year  plus contracts on an international basis.
